Description

Own the quality and automation strategy for the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, and GRC modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow Application Test Framework (ATF).
• Create test cases and reusable templates based on functional and technical requirements for Service Portal and Workspace UX.
• Conduct functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for IRM and GRC modules, validating controls, risks, and compliance flows.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with developers and business analysts in Agile ceremonies.
• Validate platform configurations including tables, ACLs, business rules, flows, and UI policies during upgrades and releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA experience with 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ATF testing.
• Strong automation experience with Selenium.
• Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes, risk scoring, assessments, and SOX/compliance flows.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture: tables, ACLs, flows, update sets, and APIs.
• 3+ years validating platform UI, Service Portal, and Workspace UX.
• Proficiency in test planning, test case creation, and defect management.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-browser/E2E testing with external apps.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Risk, CIS-GRC, ATF).
• CI/CD experience (GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and scripting with Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with domain-separated instances and large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
