Description

You will own the manual and automated testing of ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and platform modules. You will ensure the quality of ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, and GRC solutions through rigorous test design and execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF and Selenium.
• Conduct functional testing for IRM and GRC modules, validating controls, risks, and compliance workflows.
• Test configuration changes including tables, ACLs, business rules, flows, and update sets.
• Perform regression testing across ServiceNow upgrades and validate REST/SOAP integrations.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to validate functionality and report defects.

Required Skills

• 5–8+ years of QA experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ATF testing.
• Strong automation skills with Selenium, JavaScript, and Python.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform behaviors, ACLs, flows, and APIs.
• Experience validating platform UI, Service Portal, and Workspace UX.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect management.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Risk, or CIS-GRC) are required.

Preferred Skills

• CI/CD experience with GitHub, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with domain-separated instances and large-scale implementations.
