Description

You will test ServiceNow platform upgrades, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules, and custom applications using automation tools.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Test ServiceNow platform upgrades to ensure stability and functionality.
• Validate ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules against business requirements.
• Execute test cases for custom applications built on the NOW platform.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using ATF, Selenium, and Java.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience testing ServiceNow upgrades.
• At least 2 years of experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Proficiency in automation testing using ATF, Selenium, and Java.
• Experience testing custom applications on the ServiceNow NOW platform.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of total working experience in IT testing.
