Description

Design and implement automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, or Cypress to ensure software quality within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Analyze complex systems to identify critical test scenarios and edge cases.
• Manage test automation code repositories using Git and apply SQA processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain high software standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development and JavaScript scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APIs and custom applications.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or ServiceNow ATF.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Practical understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with version control using Git.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS.
• Experience with BDD, TDD, and non-functional testing techniques like performance or security testing.
