Description

You will own the quality assurance process for ServiceNow applications, ensuring stability across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for both out-of-the-box and custom applications.
• Perform manual and API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI to validate workflows and integrations.
• Manage defects and test cases efficiently using JIRA and TestRail.
• Analyze ServiceNow data models and integration points to identify potential risks and ensure system integrity.
• Collaborate with development teams to transition manual testing processes toward automated solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total software testing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated ServiceNow QA experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Experience with Selenium for browser-based testing.
• Proficiency in defect and test case management tools: JIRA and TestRail.
• Ability to test API endpoints and understand ServiceNow data models.
