Description

You will own the testing lifecycle for ServiceNow implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to define and achieve test coverage.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate software features.
• Analyze test results and generate detailed reports to confirm quality and requirement adherence.
• Utilize the Automated Test Framework (ATF) for efficient testing procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within Agile processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Testing.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Proficiency in automation testing within the ServiceNow platform.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow modules: CMDB, ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM.
• Experience working in Agile environments using SNOW and Azure Boards.
• Ability to analyze test data and prepare detailed test reports.
• Strong collaboration skills when working with technical and business teams.
