Description

You will own quality assurance for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability during updates and validating business configurations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing on the ServiceNow platform during OS updates and service packs.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, conducting root cause analysis and tracking resolution.
• Validate ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integrations against business requirements.
• Ensure quality and compliance standards are met during all platform updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for automated testing.
• Experience using ATF (Automated Test Framework) within ServiceNow.
• Understanding of ITIL Processes and service management best practices.
• Familiarity with ITSM and HRSD core modules.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• Experience with a 1-year tenure in similar testing roles.
