Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade IT Operations Management (ITOM) and observability solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITOM and observability solutions across hybrid environments.
• Orchestrate tool integration using Dynatrace, SolarWinds, AlertSite, and ServiceNow modules.
• Drive Event Management, CMDB accuracy, and CI Mapping initiatives.
• Automate processes to improve service management and remediation workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in tool architecture or systems engineering.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules including CMDB, Event Management, and CSDM.
• Hands-on experience with SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and AlertSite.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and Change Management.
• Experience with data mapping and CI mapping within complex ecosystems.
• Knowledge of database management and data governance.
• Ability to implement governance and remediation strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
