Description

You will lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow TSM and TSOM solutions for telecommunications clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow TSM and TSOM solutions.
• Develop solution blueprints, technical specifications, and integration designs.
• Translate client business requirements into technical solutions aligned with industry standards.
• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices and mentor junior team members.
• Conduct technical reviews, quality assurance checks, and troubleshoot complex issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow TSM and TSOM modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflow design, and platform customization.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and telecom industry standards.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other telecom systems and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Implementation Specialist - Telecommunications Service Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
