You will design and oversee ServiceNow implementations focused on Telecom Service Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect ServiceNow solutions tailored to Telecom Service Management requirements.
• Lead technical design and implementation strategies within the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure alignment between telecom service workflows and platform capabilities.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation process for TSM modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Telecom Service Management (TSM).
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of telecom service workflows and integration patterns.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
