Description

You will architect and implement solutions on the ServiceNow OSS Platform, focusing on TSM and TSOM.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and review system architectures and test plans.
• Document complex system architectures using appropriate diagramming models.
• Manage and secure APIs, including throttling, caching, and monitoring.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow and the OSS Platform (TSM/TSOM).
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with API Management, including security implementation.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems (microservices, SOA).
• Familiarity with Network Management protocols and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Gitlab and CI/CD workflows.
• Solid grasp of Agile development processes.
