Description

You will serve as the ServiceNow UI Architect, developing and customizing applications for internal SOM implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
• Create and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.
• Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.
• Use UI Builder to construct and configure scalable user interfaces.
• Support Customer Service Management (CSM) implementations via configuration and integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in UI Builder, including custom Seismic widgets.
• Proficiency in Client and Server Scripting and Script Includes.
• Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Familiarity with REST Integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow, CSM, and REST.
