Description

You will own the architecture and development of ServiceNow user interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.
• Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.
• Utilize UI Builder to create and configure modern, scalable user interfaces.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables and support CSM implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in UI Builder and custom Seismic widgets.
• Proficiency in Client and Server Scripting and Script Includes.
• Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST Integrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, CSM, Now Assist, and Agentic AI.
• Experience developing and debugging within agile sprints while supporting offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Application Developer certification.
