Description

You will design and build scalable user interfaces and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform for internal SOM implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, creating Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Build and configure Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows using UI Builder.
• Implement and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) features through configuration and integration.
• Develop and maintain Integration APIs, focusing on REST integrations and Integration Hub.
• Collaborate to align technical solutions with specific business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in UI Builder, including creating custom widgets.
• Proficiency in Client-side and Server-side scripting, including Script Includes.
• Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Familiarity with REST API integrations and CSM implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Seismic widget development.
• Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow solutions.
