Description

You will own the development and architecture of ServiceNow user interfaces and applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.
• Develop Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.
• Use UI Builder to build and configure scalable user interfaces, including custom Seismic widgets.
• Support Customer Service Management (CSM) implementations through configuration and integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in UI Builder and custom widget development.
• Proficiency with Client and Server Scripting and Script Includes.
• Familiarity with Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST Integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow, REST, Workflows, and CSM.
• Ability to debug and collaborate in development sprints.
