Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal and UI Builder experiences, including widgets, pages, themes, and reusable components.
Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ServiceNow UI Framework and Now Experience components.
Configure and enhance workspaces using UI Builder and Now Experience.
Implement ServiceNow client-side and server-side logic using Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub; support testing, troubleshooting, and deployments.

Skills Required:

6 - 10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
ServiceNow development experience, including Service Portal and UI Builder implementation.
Service Portal customization (widgets, pages, themes/branding) and UI Builder/Now Experience configuration.
Front-end development with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design; accessibility and cross-browser usability.
ServiceNow scripting and integrations using REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub; support unit testing and debugging.

Good to Have:

ServiceNow UI Developer experience and/or experience building Employee Center or Workspace-style experiences.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS (ITSM or related modules).

Education: B.Tech / M.Tech (Dual) / M.Tech / B.Sc / B.Com / MBA (as per candidate profile)
