Description

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal and UI Builder experiences, including widgets, pages, themes, and reusable components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ServiceNow UI Framework and Now Experience components.
• Configure and enhance workspaces using UI Builder and Now Experience.
• Implement client-side and server-side logic using Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub; support testing and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Service Portal customization (widgets, pages, themes/branding).
• Hands-on experience with UI Builder and Now Experience configuration.
• Front-end development with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and cross-browser usability.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting and integrations (REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub).
• Ability to support unit testing and debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building Employee Center or Workspace-style experiences.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS (ITSM or related modules).
