Lead UI development initiatives and scalable ServiceNow solutions using best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions leveraging UI Builder and Service Portal.
• Implement and maintain reusable components, frameworks, and Script Includes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior developers on ServiceNow technologies and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise in UI Builder, Script Includes, and Service Portal.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with AngularJS and/or React.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Familiarity with Service Catalog and Customer Service Management (CSM).
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA and/or CAD) preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NowAssist (GenAI capabilities) and Agentic AI solutions.
