Description

You will design, build, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on user interfaces and backend logic.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.
• Develop Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.
• Utilize UI Builder to configure modern, scalable user interfaces.
• Support CSM implementations and troubleshoot application issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in Client Scripts and UI Policies.
• Experience building and maintaining Integration APIs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CSM (Customer Service Management) implementations.
• Knowledge of Service Portal widget development.
