Description

You will build and maintain modern, responsive user interfaces within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom user interfaces using the Now Experience UI Framework with React and ServiceNow Components.
• Build and configure Agent and custom Workspaces utilizing UI Builder.
• Develop reusable components, templates, and data visualizations aligned with business workflows.
• Integrate UIs with ServiceNow APIs (REST, GraphQL, GlideData) for dynamic experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate UX requirements into high-quality UI designs and optimize performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with Now Experience UI Framework, UI Builder, and ServiceNow Workspaces.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Web Components.
• Experience working with GraphQL, GlideRecord, and ServiceNow REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, App Engine Studio, and Scoped Applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required.

• Figma experience.
