Description

You will build and customize user interfaces within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom UIs using the Now Experience UI Framework with React and ServiceNow components.
• Build and configure Agent Workspaces and custom workspaces using UI Builder.
• Create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, and Formatters.
• Develop Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting for CSM and Service Portal.
• Integrate ServiceNow APIs such as REST, GraphQL, and GlideData to enable dynamic, context-aware UI experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Proficiency with React and ServiceNow components.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs (REST, GraphQL, GlideData).
• Strong scripting skills for Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Knowledge of UI Builder and Workspace configuration.
• Experience with CSM and Service Portal development.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CAD certification or additional ServiceNow certifications.
