Description

You will own the development and support of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module, including integrations, automation, and reporting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and client scripts for the VR module.
• Manage CMDB data and support ITSM processes.
• Build and maintain REST API integrations.
• Generate and optimize reports for vulnerability management.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Development.
• Hands-on experience with the Vulnerability Response (VR) module.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with CMDB and ITSM basics.
• Ability to build and consume REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7 is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
