Description

You will configure, customize, and integrate the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module to manage the full vulnerability lifecycle, from identification and prioritization to remediation and reporting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure the VR module, including workflows, business rules, client scripts, and exception management processes.
• Integrate VR with external vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7) and CMDB to automate data import and correlation.
• Set up MID Servers, data sources, and API connections for secure vulnerability data ingestion.
• Develop automation for vulnerability assignment and remediation tracking.
• Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs.

Required Skills

• 5-9 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience.
• 2+ years of specific experience implementing the Vulnerability Response (VR) module.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Experience building REST/SOAP integrations and working with CMDB and Discovery.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to collaborate with security, IT, and risk teams.
