Description

You will own the development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement VR solutions, including architecture and operational support.
• Configure module logic such as Grouping Rules, Risk Calculator Rules, Remediation Target Rules, and Auto Close/Auto Delete Rules.
• Develop solutions to enrich Vulnerability Items, Test Result Records, and other VR tables.
• Build and maintain data integrations and schedules using Flow Designer and REST APIs.
• Create technical runbooks for VR processes and enhance module reporting capabilities.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module.
• Proficiency in configuring Grouping Rules and Risk Calculator Rules.
• Experience setting up Remediation Target Rules and Auto Close/Auto Delete Rules.
• Ability to design and support data integrations using REST API.
• Experience with Flow Designer, including flows and sub-flows.
• Knowledge of CI lookup Rules, Watch Topics, Assignment Rules, and Exception Rules.
• Understanding of Classification Rules, SLA definition, and Severity/Normality Mapping.
• Ability to manage Background Jobs and remediation process flows.

Preferred Skills

• Collaboration experience with Platform Administrators and the CMDB team.
