Description

Configure and customize the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module to manage vulnerability identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations supporting the VR lifecycle.
• Integrate VR with external vulnerability scanners and CMDB.
• Configure MID Servers, data sources, and API connections for vulnerability data ingestion.
• Develop automation for vulnerability assignment, remediation tracking, and exception management.
• Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends.

Required Skills

• 5-9 years of hands-on development experience in the ServiceNow platform.
• 2+ years of experience specifically in Vulnerability Response (VR) module implementation.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes.
• Experience integrating with vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Prisma Cloud, etc.).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
