Description

You will manage the upgrade and lifecycle of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response application.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute the upgrade of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response application from Version 17 to v19.
• Develop detailed upgrade plans and testing procedures.
• Coordinate testing and deployment activities with ServiceNow platform engineers and multiple business units.
• Perform end-to-end testing through test instances to ensure stability before production deployment.
• Maintain appropriate technical documentation throughout the upgrade process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience using and upgrading the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response application.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience managing application upgrades across non-production and production environments.
• Ability to coordinate technical deployments across different business units.
• Any Graduate degree.
