Description

You will lead quality assurance for ServiceNow environments, focusing on automated testing and module validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for ServiceNow applications using Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Validate out-of-the-box features and custom-built applications across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Integrate external testing tools like Selenium to support comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability and quality standards are met.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software testing.
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated ServiceNow QA experience.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for testing.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Ability to test both standard and custom ServiceNow applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments.
