Key Skills: ServiceNow, SOAP, Rest

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to support business requirements.
• Implement and troubleshoot web service integrations using REST and/or SOAP endpoints.
• Design, build, and maintain reusable components (scripts, business rules, workflows, and related artifacts) within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow features in line with release processes.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and integrations.
• ServiceNow development experience (platform configuration and application development).
• ServiceNow scripting and workflow development for business process automation.
• Integration-focused development on ServiceNow with attention to reliability and performance.
• Web service integration experience using REST and/or SOAP.

Good to Have:

• Experience with REST-based integrations.
• Experience with SOAP-based integrations.

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
