Description

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to support business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and troubleshoot web service integrations using REST and/or SOAP endpoints.
• Design, build, and maintain reusable components including scripts, business rules, and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow features in line with release processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and integrations.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and application development.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting and workflow development for business process automation.
• Integration-focused development with attention to reliability and performance.
• Hands-on experience with REST and/or SOAP web service integrations.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Specialized experience with REST-based integrations.
• Specialized experience with SOAP-based integrations.
