• 15+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record of delivering data-related projects.
• Experience working within Agile or iterative development frameworks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent project lifecycles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering projects within the Healthcare Payer domain.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• PRINCE2 certification.
