Description

You will lead technical analysis and consultation for anti-fraud and anti-money laundering product deployments, ensuring accurate configuration and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and capture technical requirements for FCCRM implementations.
• Manage functional and technical components including product configuration, interfaces, installation, and testing.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for clients, recommending hardware sizing and configurations.
• Install solutions at client sites and conduct technical training sessions.
• Investigate and resolve technical problems in coordination with clients and development teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience managing technology-related projects.
• 2+ years of experience with the Microsoft Technology Stack.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL Server and SQL/T-SQL.
• 2+ years of experience with Windows Server.
• Proficiency with Microsoft IIS web servers and web services (SOAP, REST).
• Experience using BI reporting tools such as SSRS or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Background in client-facing Professional Services projects within banking, financial services, or insurance.
• Experience with Fraud or Anti-Money Laundering system implementations.
• Programming experience in Visual Basic or C#.
