Description

Lead technical design and implementation for Salesforce Service Cloud. Own scalable solution architecture, custom development, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable solutions for customer service and support workflows.
• Develop custom features using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Design and implement integrations between Service Cloud and external systems.
• Configure core Service Cloud capabilities, including case management and omni-channel routing.
• Lead technical mentorship, code reviews, and testing efforts for the development team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Experience designing and building system integrations.
• Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation and articulate design decisions.
• Strong background in leading cross-team communication and issue resolution.
