Description

Lead DevOps and release engineering efforts for Salesforce and Azure environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps projects and deployment automation strategies.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and release cycles.
• Implement cloud governance and security best practices within FedRAMP compliance frameworks.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks through scripting.
• Monitor system health and performance using cloud-native and third-party tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or deployment automation.
• At least 2 projects completed as a Lead DevOps Engineer.
• Strong expertise in the Salesforce Platform and Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Copado, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Understanding of FedRAMP compliance and cloud security.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Splunk, or Datadog.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working under tight deadlines in high-pressure environments.
