Own the architecture, development, and team leadership for Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Architect and optimize complex Salesforce Flows for business process automation.
• Develop and maintain reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) for the user interface.
• Manage team delivery, code reviews, and technical standards for Apex and LWC development.
• Configure and administer security, user management, and declarative tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development with strong technical leadership capabilities.
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
• Hands-on experience building scalable and reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud functionalities and best practices.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Solid grasp of Salesforce Administration, including configuration and security.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading engineering teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Advanced knowledge of middleware integration patterns.
