Description

Lead the strategy and execution of Salesforce programs, ensuring alignment with business goals. Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget. Oversee cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and technical resources. Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce initiatives and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall Salesforce program strategy and execution.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple Salesforce initiatives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to stay current on Salesforce innovations and platform capabilities.
