Lead the strategy and execution of Salesforce programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for multiple Salesforce initiatives from initiation to completion.
• Lead overall program strategy and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Direct cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and technical resources.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and resolve complex issues.
• Track progress, report status, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to stay current on Salesforce innovations and platform capabilities.
