Description

You will lead Salesforce quality assurance, owning automation, validation, and release management for Service Cloud implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AccelQ automation scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Validate Salesforce Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, and Service Console.
• Execute data integrity and compliance testing using Valgenesys.
• Perform API testing via REST and SOAP services and validate Salesforce-to-external system integrations.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, track issues to resolution, and support deployment validations for Salesforce releases.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of QA experience, with 3+ years specifically in Salesforce testing.
• Hands-on expertise with AccelQ automation for Salesforce.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionality.
• Experience performing validation testing using Valgenesys.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or ISTQB certification.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Lightning component testing.
