Description

You will manage the end-to-end release lifecycle within Salesforce environments, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of software updates.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage release management duties within Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with development teams, operations, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of software releases.
• Drive projects to completion by articulating complex requirements and managing delivery timelines.
• Execute core Salesforce administration tasks including user management, workflows, rules, and custom object configuration.
• Administer Salesforce Sites and Communities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in release management and CI/CD pipelines.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator or Developer.
• Proficiency with Copado, Gearset, or GitHub for versioning and release management.
• Extensive experience with DevOps and Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and Salesforce best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments using 3-week sprints and daily scrums.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified App Builder or Platform Developer I.
• Copado Fundamentals I Certification.
• Previous experience working in a SCRUM environment.
