Description

You will design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions, primarily focusing on Service Cloud features.

Responsibilities

• Write robust, scalable, and efficient Apex code, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Salesforce platform and integrations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer with significant Service Cloud experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience building integrations using REST API and SOAP API.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
