Description

Act as the functional subject matter expert for the Salesforce platform, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams. Own the end-to-end delivery of requirements, specifications, and process designs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements, specifications, and end-to-end business process designs.
• Manage the backlog by prioritizing requirements, defining scope, and coordinating sprints with the Technical Manager.
• Create and maintain UAT test scripts, user stories, process flows, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Developers and QA to ensure deliverables meet business needs and align with estimations.
• Support end users by resolving support issues and conducting design thinking sessions to uncover needs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and the Force.com platform.
• Hands-on understanding of Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, Validation Rules, page layouts, and Lightning pages.
• Experience creating application development artifacts including screen mock-ups, data diagrams, and business rule definitions.
• Proficiency in BA and QA/QC professional standards and methodologies.
• Ability to manage change management activities and align requirements across integrated systems.
• Experience with SFCC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working specifically on Salesforce Lightning projects.
