Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) applications.
• Customize and enhance SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture) storefronts.
• Develop reusable cartridges, controllers, pipelines (legacy), and ISML templates.
• Implement front-end functionality using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive design.
• Build and consume APIs using OCAPI, SCAPI, and REST services.
• Integrate SFCC with third-party systems such as payment gateways, OMS, ERP, CRM, tax, shipping, and marketing platforms.
• Configure and manage Business Manager settings.
• Optimize website performance, scalability, SEO, and security.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and participate in CI/CD deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C Commerce/Demandware).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JSON, and jQuery.
• Experience with SFRA, ISML templates, controllers, and cartridges.
• Knowledge of OCAPI, SCAPI, REST APIs, and web services.
• Experience integrating payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, CyberSource, etc.).
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Business Manager configuration.
• Knowledge of responsive web development and performance optimization.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Headless Commerce and Composable Commerce.
• Knowledge of React.js, Node.js, or PWA Kit.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM integrations.
• Understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, and web accessibility.
• Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–8+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development experience
