Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) applications, customizing SFRA storefronts and building reusable cartridges, controllers, and ISML templates.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement front-end functionality using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery, ensuring responsive design and performance optimization.
• Build and consume APIs using OCAPI, SCAPI, and REST services to integrate SFCC with third-party systems like payment gateways, OMS, ERP, and CRM.
• Configure and manage Business Manager settings, optimize website scalability, SEO, and security, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in CI/CD deployment processes, perform code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 3–8+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C Commerce/Demandware) development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JSON, and jQuery.
• Experience with SFRA, ISML templates, controllers, and cartridges.
• Knowledge of OCAPI, SCAPI, REST APIs, and web services.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of responsive web development, performance optimization, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Headless Commerce, Composable Commerce, React.js, Node.js, or PWA Kit.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM integrations and understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, and web accessibility.
• Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer certification.
