Description

Lead the architecture and maintenance of Salesforce Commerce Cloud instances while managing a team of ten or more engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily support and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, driving long-term operational improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and developers to design cohesive project strategies and integrate multi-system solutions.
• Mentor the engineering team, initiating best practices for operations and code quality.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Oversee site merchandising, reporting, and campaign management within the SFCC environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software operations experience, with at least 6 years specifically in Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud support.
• Active Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) certification is required.
• Deep expertise in e-commerce domains including PIM, OMS, CRM, and branded content site integration.
• Experience in retail/B2C e-commerce operations, including site search and promotions management.
• Proficiency with JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, SOAP, and AJAX.
• Proven experience in multi-system integration and direct client interaction.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of ten or more people.
