Description

Lead the architecture, maintenance, and team management for Salesforce Commerce Cloud instances.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily support, maintenance, and long-term operational improvements for the Salesforce platform.
• Design cohesive project strategies and integrate multi-system solutions with project managers, clients, and developers.
• Mentor a team of ten or more engineers, establishing best practices for operations and code quality.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Oversee site merchandising, reporting, and campaign management within the SFCC environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software operations experience.
• At least 6 years specifically in Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud support.
• Active Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) certification.
• Deep expertise in e-commerce domains including PIM, OMS, CRM, and branded content site integration.
• Experience in retail/B2C e-commerce operations, including site search and promotions management.
• Proficiency with JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, SOAP, and AJAX.
• Proven experience in multi-system integration and direct client interaction.
• Leadership experience managing teams of ten or more people.

Preferred Skills

• Background in complex retail or B2C e-commerce environments.
