Description

You will manage quality assurance and business analysis for Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations. You will own test planning, business requirements translation, and project coordination for e-commerce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead small to medium-sized e-commerce projects, managing schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Track and manage defects using JIRA to ensure timely resolution.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to align project objectives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and business analysis roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Business Manager.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce workflows, including storefront development, integrations, UI, and backend processes.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Agile Scrum Master certification.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
