Description

You will manage and optimize the Salesforce platform through configuration, development, and user administration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage user and license setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Design and deliver scalable solutions using declarative tools and custom development.
• Maintain the data model and security model to handle complex data sets.
• Implement platform enhancements using best practices and proactive declarative solutions.

Required Skills

• Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201).
• Experience with Apex, Triggers, and VisualForce.
• Proficiency in web services and custom object development.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, data architecture, and security models.
• Ability to work with Process Builder and dynamic layouts.
• Experience managing large data sets and complex data models.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as AutoRabit or Copado.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ZoomInfo, RIVA, CAPIQ, or Tier1CRM.
