Manage day-to-day operations and administration of the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the SFDC platform by managing security settings, users, profiles, and roles.
- Customize objects, fields, record types, and page layouts to support business functions.
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to drive business visibility.
- Monitor system data and perform regular cleansing to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and implement training and documentation for Salesforce users.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as an SFDC administrator.
- Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certification.
- Experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and CRM/Sales business processes.
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and systems.
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, Java, HTML, XML, SQL, and JavaScript.
