Description

Manage day-to-day operations and administration of the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the SFDC platform by managing security settings, users, profiles, and roles.
  • Customize objects, fields, record types, and page layouts to support business functions.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to drive business visibility.
  • Monitor system data and perform regular cleansing to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and implement training and documentation for Salesforce users.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as an SFDC administrator.
  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and CRM/Sales business processes.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and systems.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, Java, HTML, XML, SQL, and JavaScript.
