Description

You will lead Agile delivery for the Salesforce DevOps team, focusing on Sales/Service Cloud and SF Energy Utilities Cloud implementations. This role combines Scrum Master facilitation with technical coordination to ensure successful project execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning to drive team velocity and throughput.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage the Product Backlog, ensuring Epics and Features are well-defined and meet DoR/DoD.
• Remove impediments and blockers, fostering a servant-leadership environment that enables developer productivity.
• Coordinate release management, UAT, and deployments, bridging gaps between Developers, Admins, and Business Analysts.
• Monitor Agile metrics (Velocity, Burn-Down, Say-Do ratio) and drive continuous improvement in team processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of work experience, including minimum 7 years as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery.
• Certification in Scrum (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Jira for dashboards, reports, and execution view control.
• Experience with Confluence and other collaboration tools.
• Strong project execution and scope management capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce Industries (OmniStudio, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards, Data Mappers).
• Exposure to Energy and Utility Industry domain or Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
