Description

You will own QA automation for Salesforce Sales Cloud, focusing on UI and API testing within a CI/CD pipeline.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks for UI and REST API testing using Selenium, Playwright, and Rest Assured or Karate.
• Develop and maintain test scripts in Java to validate Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and infrastructure.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub) to ensure continuous quality assurance.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans and cases, managing defects and workflows via Jira/Zephyr.
• Collaborate with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to resolve issues and improve test coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience with a focus on automation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud; Salesforce application automation is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Java for writing UI and API automation scripts.
• Strong knowledge of testing tools: Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured, or Karate.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub) and configuration management (git, svn).
• Familiarity with Linux-based utilities (curl, netcat) and web servers/containers (Tomcat, Docker).
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Telecom or E-commerce domain applications.
• Experience in framework development from the ground up.
