Description

You will design, architect, and develop solutions for the email platform to optimize daily email operations. You will serve as the subject matter expert for email campaign setup, deployment, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS templates, code snippets, and email template systems using SFMC code blocks.
• Implement segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content within the email platform.
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to manage audience file generation, execution specs, and data feeding.
• Own Web Analytics Connector and UTM tagging to ensure thorough reporting on email performance.
• Work with Enterprise Technology teams to manage SSL certificates, domains, subdomains, and DNS configurations.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in application development or digital retail operations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Enterprise Email Marketing providers.
• Expertise in HTML/CSS for email coding, including optimization for various email clients.
• Hands-on experience with JSON and XML.
• Experience working with SOAP/RESTful web services.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Atlassian products including Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with personalization and visual experience platforms such as MovableInk.
• Proven ability to lead teams either directly or indirectly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AMPscript, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Familiarity with SQL, SSL certificates, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop).
